Munde product terms of use

1. General

Munde Group Kft. (“Munde Group”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides certain software and applications, including the Jira OvertimeChecker Atlassian Forge application and the Jira Portfolio Manager Excel Add-In application (the “Software”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. License

Unless otherwise expressly stated in the product-specific terms for the relevant Software on the Atlassian Marketplace or Microsoft marketplace, your use of the Software is subject to the following restrictions:

• You must give appropriate credit to Munde Group;

• You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software;

• You may not sell, distribute, sublicense, relicense, or otherwise use the Software, or any part of it, for commercial purposes. In the event of any inconsistency, the applicable product-specific marketplace terms shall govern.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Your use of the Software is at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and subject to applicable European Union law.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary and applicable European Union regulations.
